Biography
Poonum Desai is pursuing a master’s in public policy from The University of Texas at Dallas. She is from Plano, Texas, and received her bachelor’s degree in economics and finance also from The University of Texas at Dallas. In addition to her education, she is also a personal trainer at UT Dallas and a program assistant at Global North Texas. Her goal is to create public policy regarding education, and make the education system more effective, efficient, and strong. Some of her hobbies include working out, listening to music, hanging out with friends, and going on adventures.
