Biography
Sarah Rush is pursuing a master’s degree in public affairs at The University of Texas at Austin LBJ Schoolof Public Affairs. Rush holds a bachelors in government and English from The University of Texas at Austin, and a masters of liberal arts in gastronomy, food policy from Boston University. Her focus is on food security as it relates to international development and national security. She plans to pursue a career in developing policy solutions at the federal level that acknowledge the role that food security plays in global development and stability.
