Biography
Devin Plote is a doctoral candidate at The University of Texas MD Anderson studying the mechanisms and effects of innate immune therapy in Urothelial Carcinoma. Plote is passionate about science education, advocacy, and community outreach, and serves on the board for her graduate school's outreach organization, as well as the local chapters of AWIS and Zonta International NP, serving girls and women in the Houston community. She is interested in pursuing a career in public service and community health, with opportunities to continue being a science advocate.
