Biography
Rocky Sonemangkhara is a graduate student at The University of Texas at Tyler pursuing a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in nursing. He currently works at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center as a registered nurse in the medical ICU. Having worked with many different patients of varying backgrounds, he hopes to further his career aspirations of becoming a chief nursing officer one day to decrease the barriers associated to healthcare. His career interests include healthcare quality improvement, risk management, educational initiatives, and community outreach. He plans on working in health policy to decrease healthcare disparities in vulnerable populations.
