Biography
Todd McDonald is a student at The University of Texas at Dallas. He is currently pursuing his Master of Science in international political economy. Prior to attending UT Dallas, McDonald served in the Army's 173rd Airborne Infantry and attended Kilgore College and Texas State University. After graduation, he intends to pursue a doctorate in public affairs. He hopes to work with an international development organization and improve the lives of people living in poverty.
