Biography
Alessandra Jiménez is a lifelong Texan and native of the Rio Grande Valley. She is a rising third year at the UTRGV School of Medicine, and her previous education includes a master's degree in public health from The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and a Bachelor of Science degree in genetics from The University of Texas at Dallas. Her interest in medicine extends to health policy, and the Graduate Archer Fellowship Program offers the opportunity to explore her dual interests of medicine and policy. It is her goal to use the knowledge gathered through the Archer Fellowship to serve her community and continue to improve the health of Texans throughout the state.
