Biography
Elizabeth Callahan is a graduate student at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston's School of Public Health where she is pursuing a Master of Public Health degree in epidemiology with a focus on global health. She earned her bachelor's degree at Concordia University Texas. Previously, she served as a Peace Corps community health volunteer in Eswatini (formerly Swaziland). After graduation, Callahan hopes to pursue a career in public service. She plans to work in health and healthcare policy with a focus on decreasing healthcare disparities in vulnerable populations across the globe.
