Biography
Emily Korba is an M.D./M.P.H. student at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Originally from Austin, Texas, she earned her bachelor's degree in neuroscience from Rhodes College, where she also played volleyball. She is passionate about community health, disease prevention, and health equity. As a future physician, Korba plans to integrate her knowledge of medicine and public health to promote health in underserved communities.
