Biography
Thuy Nguyen is pursuing a Ph.D. in molecular biophysics at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. For her thesis work, she is studying how the DNA sequence has encoded complex interactions between a pair of enzymes in metabolism. As a Graduate Archer Fellow, she hopes to bridge her skills in experimental and computational biology with her interest in a career in public service, particularly in science policy and science communication.
