Biography
Briana Gonzalez DiGrazia is a medical student at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. She graduated from UT Rio Grande Valley with a bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, and medical humanities. Before starting medical school, Gonzalez DiGrazia worked as a community health worker, pharmacy technician, and research assistant. Her passion and research focus involve addressing social determinants of health. Upon graduation, she intends to pursue a career as a preventative medicine physician. Gonzalez DiGrazia hopes the Archer Fellowship will allow her to better understand healthcare policy reform and provide a pathway to accessible and equitable healthcare in the future.
