Biography
Dr. Martina Michael is a general physician pursuing a master’s degree in public health at The University of Texas Medical Branch. In her years of experience as a primary care physician, she sees public health as the necessary bridge between medicine and the community. Upon graduation, she plans to practice as a family medicine physician and use her experience from the Archer Fellowship to advocate for the community she serves. Her research interests include infectious diseases, chronic diseases, and genetic disorders.
