Biography
Ryan Anhold is pursuing a master's degree in global affairs at The University of Texas at San Antonio. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Washington State University. At WSU, Anhold led a sustainability committee to promote climate-friendly practices on campus. He also worked as a wildland firefighter during the summers, where he saw the consequences of current climate policy. By drawing from his experiences as an Archer Fellow and his work on the front lines of the climate crisis, he hopes to guide climate policy by bridging the gap between policymakers and those who implement it.
