Samuel Morrall is pursuing a master's degree in public administration at The University of Texas at Arlington. He graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in communication studies with a minor in technical writing from UT Arlington in 2021. On campus, Morrall has served as a graduate assistant for Transition Programs and Services to ensure students have a successful transition to college. As an Archer Fellow, Morrall wants to utilize practical communication practices to educate the public on complex social issues, provide infrastructure development for low-income communities, and jumpstart his professional career in public service. After graduation, he plans to enter the local government communication field and focus on health education, racial equity, and community relations.
