Victoria Foreman is a senior at The University of Texas at Austin majoring in Communication Studies with a concentration in political communications. She initially became interested in politics after participating in a service-learning project in Accra, Ghana for four weeks in the summer of 2009. From there, Victoria gained a new outlook on the power of politics and communication and took a special interest in civic and political communications. Having interned with Senator Judith Zaffirini of the Texas Legislature and completing an extensive project within the Intellectual Entrepreneurship Program, Victoria now looks forward to the opportunity to take her talents to Washington, D.C. While in D.C., Victoria will intern at the White House’s Office of Presidential Correspondence. Victoria plans to pursue a Master's in Social work upon completion of the Archer Fellowship program.
