Carly Phelps

Carly Phelps is a junior at the University of Texas at Austin. She is a government major in the College of Liberal Arts and also serves on the UT Liberal Arts Council on the Campus and Community Focus Committee. She worked last year as an intern at the Christian Life Commission, doing advocacy work in preparation for the legislative session. Carly enjoys live music, traveling, and working during the summers on the leadership team at a YMCA outdoors camp. While in D.C., Carly will be working in the office of Congressman John Yarmuth, the representative from her hometown in Louisville, Kentucky.
