Biography
Carmen Cisneros is a senior at The University of Texas at Pan-American (UTPA) double majoring in Political Science and Psychology. Carmen plans to pursue a law degree, with the hopes of one day working in the government. Before entering UTPA she studied abroad in Monteux, Switzerland. In 2013, she was a participant of the Harvard Latino Leadership Initiative in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she developed and honed leadership skills. She is confident being a Bill Archer Fellow will grant her the tools to better serve her country. Carmen is looking forward to interning in Washington, D.C. for Congressman Lloyd Doggett.
