Biography
Charlie Hannigan is a McDermott Scholar representing UT Dallas this fall. He is pursuing a double degree in mathematics and literature studies. His interest in public policy began with his work as Student Government Vice President at UT Dallas, and he plans to further pursue that interest interning at the Kyle House Group this fall.
