Biography
Shannon Kahlden is a junior at the University of Texas at Austin who is majoring in political communication and completing the Business Foundations Program. A native Texan, Shannon worked on State Representative Dan Branch’s campaign for attorney general of Texas and for Representative Dennis Bonnen during the 83rd legislative session. On campus, she is a member of the Longhorn Rodeo Club, Pi Beta Phi sorority, Alpha Lambda Delta and Phi Eta Sigma honor societies, and Texas Darlins. Furthermore, she enjoys barrel racing, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
