Biography
Victoria Lemus is a senior at The University of Texas Pan-American studying Mass Communication and minoring in Criminal Justice and English. Besides journalism, she is passionate about human rights, immigration, social service and the environment. Before becoming an Archer Fellow, Victoria worked as a Deputy Clerk for 206th Hidalgo County District Court and was also the Media Relations Coordinator for the Edinburg Housing Authority. She has also worked as a writer for the campus newspaper The Pan American and the Panorama Magazine. Victoria looks forward to the personal and professional growth she will obtain while working in Washington, D.C.
