Biography
Belen Diaz is an honors student at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. She is a graduating senior majoring in pre-dental biology and minoring in chemistry. Belen has been an active member in Eta Omicron Nu, the student organization under the Guerra Honors Program, acting as vice president. She was also the historian for the Pre-Dental Society. She has interned with Dentists Who Care, a local non-profit organization, and has also worked at a local dental office. She plans to attend dental school to become a general dentist and receive a master’s degree in public health as well.
