Biography
William Cowan is a fourth generation Longhorn and senior double major at The University of Texas at Austin. His majors include international relations & global studies and government within the College of Liberal Arts. He is active on campus as a member of Texas Army ROTC, the Clements Center Undergraduate Fellows, Texas Blazers spirit group, and the American Enterprise Institute on Campus. Last summer, William interned for the Department of Defense as an Intelligence Analyst where he utilized analytic tools to exploit communications for strategic targets. William wishes to focus his career towards defense or intelligence policy and hopes to someday attend law or foreign policy graduate school.
