Biography

Samuel Vallejo is a junior at The University of Texas at Dallas, majoring in biomedical engineering. On campus, he is involved in the bipartisan political organization No Labels, and also conducts research studying Vagus nerve stimulation and microfluidic cell squeeze channels. He plans to use his experience as an Archer Fellow to explore options concerning current public policy. Upon graduation, Samuel hopes to use his technological background to pursue a career relating to STEM educational outreach, science and technology policy, and biomedical ethics.
