Biography
Connor Smith is a senior at The University of Texas at Austin, majoring in economics and government with a minor in mathematics. During his time on campus, Connor was a J.J. Pickle Fellow and researched incentives for political party polarization. He also served as a research assistant in the Government Department. He studied international investor-state disputes and specifically investigated how countries decide to respond to non-enforceable international tribunal decisions. He also served as president of his Catholic ministry, Campus Based for Family and Life. Connor hopes that being an Archer Fellow will help him begin his career in public policy.
