Biography
Dahlia Muana is a senior at The University of Texas at Arlington, majoring in journalism and minoring in political science. On campus, she has been involved with various organizations, including The Big Event, Student Government, National Association of Black Journalists and Excel Campus Activities. She recently served as Ms. UTA, co-president of the UTA Ambassador Program and interned with the City of Arlington’s Office of Communication. Dahlia is passionate about human rights advocacy, particularly for women and minority groups. Upon graduation in December, she plans to pursue a career in journalism. Originally from London, Dahlia enjoys exotic foods, travelling and binge-watching crime shows.
