Biography
David Bemporad is a fourth-year student at The University of Texas at Austin majoring in government and economics. On campus, he founded SEAL: Students Expanding Austin Literacy, served as treasurer for University Democrats and worked as director of city relations for UT Student Government. David previously worked as an intern for the legislative consulting firm Texas Star Alliance and for the Office of State Senator Sylvia Garcia. His professional interests include tax and macroeconomic policy, public education expansion and voter registration. In his free time, David enjoys playing guitar, disc golf and Settlers of Catan.
