Biography
John Chan is a computer science major at The University of Texas at Dallas. After taking a few introductory courses in constitutional law, he discovered an interest in how laws shape the development and use of new technology. His current policy interests include privacy and cybersecurity. In his free time, he enjoys musical theatre, playing guitar and playing video games with friends.
