Biography
Vy Nguyen, a first-generation college student from Houston, is pursuing a double-major in business administration and biology at The University of Texas at Dallas. Inspired by impacts of the United Nations Human Rights Council, Vy hopes to pursue a career in international human rights law to promote and protect human rights worldwide. She is passionate about increasing access for traditionally under-served communities to higher education. When she is not studying or working, Vy enjoys volunteering, exploring nature and ballroom dancing.
