Biography
Areeb Siddiqui is a Eugene McDermott Scholar majoring in political science and economics at The University of Texas at Dallas. On campus, Siddiqui has served as the secretary of Student Government and the president of No Labels. he has previously interned for WiNGS, a women’s ministries non-profit in Dallas, and for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas as a community development intern. A competitor on UT Dallas’s Mediation and Moot Court Teams, Siddiqui hopes to attend law school and form a career serving as an advocate for those who have been victimized by discriminatory urban policies and industrial practices.
