Biography
Edith Muleiro is a third-year undergraduate at The University of Texas at Austin majoring in Plan II Honors and government, she also studies in the Arabic Flagship Program. Her campus leadership includes the Plan II Student Advisory Council and Absolute Texas, a UT Austin spirit group. In 2016, Muleiro began collaborating with immigrant communities as a refugee camp volunteer in Greece. She continues this work in Austin with the Liberal Arts Refugee Alliance, a student-run service organization. Muleiro grew up in Spain and Connecticut and is a bilingual Spanish/English speaker. After graduation, she intends to study law and work with Middle Eastern immigrants.
