Jaycee Weber

Jaycee Weber is a first-generation honors college student at The University of Texas at Arlington, majoring in public relations and minoring in political science. On campus, Weber reestablished the UT Arlington Chapter of University Democrats, serving as the organization's president, and wrote opinion columns for the school newspaper. She also served as director of programming for the Texas College Democrats, a statewide organization encouraging political participation among college students. In addition, she worked for her hometown as a communications intern. Her interests include social and digital media, politics, and the intersections between them. She hopes to work in political communication, hopefully on Capitol Hill.
