Biography
Majeda Abu-Alghanam is pursuing bachelor's degrees in marketing and communications, with an energy business certificate at The University of Texas of the Permian Basin. On campus, she served as president of Marketing Experiences, an organization that helps students develop marketable skills, and as parliamentarian of the Student Senate, where she advocated for student concerns. After spending summers in Jordan, Abu-Alghanam recognized a need for international development and human rights advocacy. During an internship at an oil company, she became interested in the intersection of energy business and public policy. Upon graduation, she plans to complete her M.B.A. before attending law school.
