Biography
Makenzie Stuard is a senior at The University of Texas at Austin graduating in December with a degree in government and a certificate in business foundations. This past year, she served as deputy chief of staff of service of the UT Austin Student Government and vice president of GirlAdvocates. Stuard has worked as a fellow for both the Office of the Texas Governor and Bank of America, both of which only encouraged her career goal. In addition, she has worked with two United States representatives and Judge Wade Birdwell of the 342nd District Court. After graduating, Stuard intends to pursue a law degree with a focus on public service and pro bono legal aid.
