Biography
Sahara Khan is a senior at The University of Texas at Austin majoring in Iberian/ Latin American languages & cultures. She completing interdisciplinary certificates in public policy and food & society while participating in the Jefferson Scholars' Core Texts and Ideas program. Competing and researching as a member of the UT Austin Debate Team has not only inspired several of her independent research projects and academic publications, but also her plan to enroll in a dual degree program to study law and food policy after gaining experience in a law firm upon graduation.
