Biography
Cade Stone is a fourth year Plan II Honors and government student as well as an Undergraduate Fellow at The Clements Center, where he engages with pressing issues facing American national security and the experts addressing them. He has recently finished biking from Austin to Anchorage, Alaska with Texas 4000 to raise funds for cancer research. Stone has enjoyed the opportunity to research civic health advocacy with the Annette Strauss Institute for Civic Life as well as see Texas’ civic life in action as an intern in the Texas House of Representatives with Speaker Joe Straus’ Office (TX-121). Off-campus, he enjoys playing spikeball on assorted lawns and exploring Austin’s many taco vendors.
