Biography
Gavin Downing is a senior at The University of Texas at Tyler majoring in political science. His experiences in the Tyler Junior College honors programs inspired him to pursue a terminal degree after graduation. After attaining a Ph.D., Gavin seeks to become employed at a university or a research institute. His research interests include race and ethnicity, philosophy, and political behavior in the United States.
