Biography
Kellie O’Brien is a third-year student at The University of Texas at Austin majoring in government and history. While completing her degree, she interned for the Houston Mayor’s Office of Trade and International Affairs and for Texas State Representative Abel Herrero (D-34) in the 86th legislative session. Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, she plans to attend graduate school and then pursue a career in foreign policy and national security matters.
