Biography
Luis Hernandez is a senior at The University of Texas at San Antonio majoring in business management with a minor in psychology. Since high school, Hernandez has been working to promote civic engagement. He was selected to represent district 7 in the San Antonio Youth Commission and worked with the San Antonio city council to galvanize the youth into active engagement. Hernandez plans to attend law school and eventually work in the public sector.
