Biography
Over Garcia is a senior at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley majoring in political science. He has spent the last five years working as an organizer for political campaigns in Houston, San Antonio, and the Lower Rio Grande Valley. Garcia is motivated by the science and numbers behind campaign operations and aspires to become a national political strategist following graduation.
