Biography
Akshay Aggarwal is a senior at The University of Texas at Austin pursuing degrees in finance, economics, and government. In addition to his interest in researching macroeconomic policy, Aggarwal has been involved in the area of educational equity by spending time in college working with underserved schools in Austin. On campus, Aggarwal is a member of the Texas Blazers, an all-male service organization, and Hum A Cappella, a south-Asian fusion a cappella group. After his time at UT Austin, he will be serving a two-year commitment as a corps member for Teach for America and eventually plans to go to law school to pursue a career of impact litigation.
