Alicia Ramirez

Alicia Ramirez is a senior at The University of Texas at Austin majoring in government with a minor in art history. Ramirez has interned with State Representative Chris Turner (TX-101) and has worked on multiple local school board and city council election campaigns. Most recently, she worked for the Government Relations Office for the City of Austin, where she conducted extensive research on homelessness and affordable housing. On campus, Ramirez has been involved with the League of United Latin American Citizens, the Central American Student Association, and Alternative Breaks. After graduation, she plans to attend law school and pursue a career in the legislative and policy field.
