Biography
Mariam "Mary" Farahmand is a senior at The University of Texas at Dallas majoring in political science. During her time at UT Dallas, Farahmand has been a competitor on the UT Dallas Moot Court Team and has reviewed cases for the Innocence Project of Texas. Additionally, Farahmand is the President of the UT Dallas' Beta Rho Chapter of Tau Sigma National Honor Society and has served on the UT Dallas’ Disciplinary Committee. Off campus, Farahmand has interned for a local law firm as well as a gubernatorial campaign. Farahmand is interested in the criminal justice system. Following the completion of her undergraduate program, Farahmand intends to enroll in law school.
