Vallery Valle is a senior at The University of Texas at Austin pursuing a degree in communication studies and a minor in business. On the forty acres, she has served her community by being a leader in the Student Government Diversity and Inclusion Agency, an active member of the Texas Sweethearts and the Hispanic Business Student Association, and has been appointed as the student representative on the committee of Hispanic recruitment, an initiative by the UT Austin Office of Admissions. Valle also interned for City of Edinburg attorney Omar Ochoa at the Omar Ochoa Law Firm. Valle proudly represents her hometown as the UT Rio Grande Valley Scholar and is passionate about giving back to her community. Valle plans to attend law school and pursue a career in social justice.
