Biography
Ana Rodriguez is a first-generation college student and senior at The University of Texas at El Paso majoring in political science with a minor in economics. On campus, Rodriguez has provided support for UT El Paso students enrolled in American history and political science courses. Off campus, she interned with a local campaign in her hometown at the border region of El Paso and Ciudad Juarez and served as director of public relations of the El Paso Leadership Network, a nonprofit organization. Rodriguez is interested in pursuing a career focused on increasing the efficiency of the nonprofit sector. She plans to pursue a master's degree in public policy and nonprofit administration.
