Biography
Jay Alan Salinas is Presidential Scholar and senior at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley majoring in business administration with a minor in legal studies. His passion for community involvement has led him to work with the City of Edinburg for over two years coaching the youth, setting up food drives, organizing marathons, and planning other city-wide events. After graduation, Salinas hopes to attend law school, devote himself to serving his community as an attorney, and focus on meaningful policymaking and legislation as a public servant.
