Biography
Katherine Dunbar is a senior at The University of Texas at Austin majoring in government and international relations with a minor in French and a certificate in security studies. She is an undergraduate fellow with the Clements Center for National Security and was a member of the Academic Policy Committee in Senate of College Councils. Dunbar previously served as a research assistant for Innovations for Peace and Development, an interdisciplinary, policy-relevant research lab. As a junior, Dunbar worked as a legislative intern for Texas State Senator Judith Zaffirini (TX-21), specializing in healthcare and education policy. Following graduation, she intends to pursue a career in public policy.
