Olivia Richert is a junior at The University of Texas at Austin double majoring in environmental science and government. Richert is passionate about corporate sustainability and has a strong interest in the intersection between law and the environment. Off campus, Richert interned for Environment Texas and Switch Energy Alliance with a special focus on energy poverty and offshore wind energy. On campus, Richert served as the secretary of Students Fighting Climate Change and worked as a research assistant studying sustainable energy transitions and decarbonization. Most recently, Richert joined the Environmental Protection Agency interning in the Office of Compliance. After graduation, she plans on attending law school to pursue a career in environmental law.
