Biography
Lulia Pan is a senior at The University of Texas at Austin, pursuing a triple major in journalism, international relations and global studies, and Asian studies. On campus, Pan was actively involved in the International Affairs Society and Minority Women in Pre-Law. Moreover, she conducted research with the Global Disinformation Lab and Landlord Tech Watch. Previously, Pan served as a fellow at PEN America, where she contributed to their digital safety team. In addition, she gained valuable experience through internships at The Des, a criminal justice publication, and the Center of Technology Innovation at the Brookings Institution. Upon graduation, she intends to pursue a career in technology policy.
