Biography

Pranathi Pilla is a junior at The University of Texas at Austin double majoring in computational biology and government. She is passionate about improving healthcare access and is interested in policy, bioethics, and research. On campus, she has served as a peer educator at the Longhorn Wellness Center, a team leader in Texas Engineering World Health, and as an officer for the Longhorn Alliance for Refugees and Asylees. Off campus, Pilla interned with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention's Division of HIV Prevention as a research assistant. After graduation, she plans to pursue a career in health policy.
