Anosha Qurashi is a senior at The University of Texas at Austin, majoring in health and society with minors in entrepreneurship and healthcare reform and innovation. Her academic and professional interests center on healthcare policy, public service, and advancing equity. Off campus, Qurashi worked with Young Invincibles as a Young Advocates Program Fellow and board advisor, contributing to youth-centered advocacy, developing policy ideas, and supporting initiatives focused on healthcare access and economic opportunity. She also gained experience in healthcare operations and regulatory research as an operations intern at Finni Health, where she supported workflow development, compliance research, and system-level process improvements. Qurashi served as chief of staff at TCY Women, a women’s health nonprofit, helping advance organizational strategy, community engagement, and mission-driven programming. On campus, she served as an undergraduate teaching assistant for Introduction to Health and Society and as vice president of marketing for the Texas Business Healthcare Association.
