Biography

Clarisa Delgadillo-Tabuenca is a senior at The University of Texas at San Antonio, majoring in global affairs. During her undergraduate career, she engaged in diplomacy and strengthened her policy research and writing skills through the Model United Nations Society at local and international conferences. As an active member of the Knowledge for Freedom Programs, Delgadillo-Tabuenca collaborated on a systematic analysis of the intersection of education and public policy and volunteered at the Center for Refugee Services in San Antonio. She has also developed project management skills and posed critical questions on international policy topics to simulate peer discourse with the Alliance Française for the Journée de la Francophonie and with college students in Kurdistan for the Texas International Education Consortium (TIEC) Community Connect Virtual Exchange Program.
